REMOTE

$80K-$120K base salary

additional $80-$120k in commission.

Position Overview

Account Executive
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing new and existing accounts for our PCB and PCBA sales business. They will be tasked with driving sales growth and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
Identify and develop new accounts while maintaining and growing existing accounts through regular communication and relationship building
Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the PCB and PCBA industry
Strong understanding of PCB, Sales, and PCBA
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
