Position Overview:
The Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation will be responsible for handling a wide range of civil litigation cases, with a focus on Section 1981, Civil Rights, Prison abuse, and Section 1983 matters. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases related to police brutality, jail abuse, and other civil rights violations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and have experience on either side of the court room.(Plaintiff side preferred) Strong deposition experience very much preferred.
