Key Responsibilities

Serve as first chair trial attorney in high-value personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury claims
Handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, motions, and trial prep
Represent clients in court, including jury selection, direct/cross, and closing arguments
Negotiate settlements to maximize client recovery
Draft and review pleadings, discovery, and pretrial documents
Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and legal guidance

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury law.
Demonstrated experience in settlement negotiation and trial advocacy.
Must have first-chair trial experience, with a history of leading cases through verdict.
