Established (75+ Years) Plaintiff Law Firm Seeking Attorney in Howell, NJ
An established firm with over 75 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Howell, NJ. This Associate would have 3+ years of experience with representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and workplace injuries.
Offer:
$120,000 - $180,000 base salary, contingent on experience
Competitive contingency-based bonus structure

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
Strong negotiation skills and trial preparation experience
Experience handling cases from intake through resolution, including depositions and court proceedings
Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases
Conducting client consultations and case evaluations
Handling depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Drafting legal pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Representing clients in court hearings, motions, and trials
Negotiating settlements and maximizing client recovery
Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters
