Who you are:
2-8+ years of litigation experience as an Attorney
L&E litigation experience such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
Experience with class action and representative actions, single plaintiff; and/or general employment advice/counsel
CA Bar in good standings
Juris Doctorate
What you will be doing:
Handling a caseload involving L&E litigation such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation claims
Discovery, drafting motions and briefs, and conducting/defending depositions
Evidentiary hearings, status conferences, arguing dispositive motions, and trial
