Prominent law firm known for its expertise in public agency law, is seeking a Water Law Attorney with 1-7 years of experience to join their growing team in Sacramento, CA. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex water law issues, including water rights, regulatory compliance, and litigation for public and private clients.

Who you are:
1-7 years of experience in water law
Experience in litigation and regulatory compliance, with a resourceful mindset
CA Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
What you will be doing:
Handling complex water law cases for public and private clients, including water rights and regulatory issues
Advising clients on compliance with state and federal water regulations
Managing water-related litigation and negotiations
Collaborating with a dedicated team to develop innovative legal strategies
Navigating the California Water Code, Clean Water Act, and other relevant regulations
Assisting clients with permitting, water allocation, and conservation issues
