Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team, specializing in residential construction, particularly luxury homes and high-end finishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in remodeling and a passion for craftsmanship, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames.
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
Collaborate with designers and clients to create custom designs and finishes for luxury homes.
Perform renovations and remodels with a focus on quality and precision.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout all projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong portfolio of residential and/or luxury home projects.
Strong understanding of woodworking tools and materials.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
