Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business law litigations or transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in various civil litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trials.
Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in business law and transactional matters.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation and business law or transactions.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.
