Position Overview
The Client Accounting Services Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality accounting services to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. This role focuses on managing outsourced accounting functions for a diverse range of clients while providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for assigned clients.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
Assist clients with the implementation of accounting processes and systems, tailored to their needs.
Respond to client inquiries and provide strategic advice on accounting practices and financial issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless service delivery for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in client accounting services or outsourced accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
CPA certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
