About Us: We are expanding and launching a new window sales division focused on commercial buildings. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Window Sales Representative to join our team and help drive this exciting new venture.

Position Overview: As a Commercial Window Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new steel and wood windows for commercial buildings. You will handle projects ranging from 10 to 1000 windows, put together estimates, bid on new and renovation jobs, find leads, and work with existing sales teams to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and sell windows for commercial buildings.
Create accurate estimates and bid on new and renovation projects.
Generate leads and collaborate with existing sales teams to expand the business.
Manage projects in downtown Los Angeles, focusing on steel and wood windows.
Utilize various software tools for sales, estimating, and project management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in window sales, particularly in the commercial sector.
Strong understanding of different window materials (steel, wood) and their applications.
Ability to create detailed estimates and bid on projects.
Excellent lead generation and sales skills.
Proficiency with various software tools used in sales and project management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation:
