We are a 60 person construction firm that specializes in multi-family projects. Most of our projects are on affordable housing developments. We do a mix of podium and garden style projects. Our firm focuses our work in the San Diego and Los Angeles areas. Most of our upcoming work is in San Diego. We have a few bids won on projects that will get us through the beginning of 2026 with bids in on projects that will get us to 2027.

We are hiring for a double podium project in the heart of San Diego. It will be a 400 unit low-rise with connected parking garage at the base.

What you need

4 year degree in construction or related field
7+ Years of Construction exp.
Experience using ProCore Software major plus
5+ Years of Multi-Family Project Management
- Podium/Mix-use exp. highly preferred
