Position Overview:The Electrical Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and direct a wide range of electrical projects, from small-scale installations to major construction projects. They will act as the key point of contact between the customer and the crew, ensuring the project is completed to the customer's satisfaction and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers to determine scope of projects and provide cost estimates Plan, schedule, and coordinate the activities of the project team Supervise, motivate, and evaluate crew to ensure project completion on time and on budget Oversee project progress and performance, resolving issues when necessary Develop project plans and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other departments Manage project budgets and cash flow, and review change orders Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards Ensure all materials and equipment are procured and delivered on time Create and submit progress reports Handle permit applications, project closeouts, and other administrative tasks Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience in electrical contracting, commercial construction, and/or industrial construction Knowledge of NEC, MEP, power, low voltage, and high voltage systems Experience with project management, budgeting, scheduling, and change orders Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Accubid, Spectrum, or similar software OSHA 10 or higher certification is desirable Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sitesBenefits
