We are a Morgan Hill based Electrical Contractor that has been around since the 1980's servicing a number of verticals in the Greater Bay Area including commercial, life science/healthcare, data center and more.

Our firm is growing due to our solid pipeline of work through 2025 which is why we are looking to add an experienced Electrical Project Manager to our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience running projects from cradle to grave including estimating.

We are a tight knit team with a heavy focus on culture and growth, hence why our average employee tenure is over 9 years!

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Project planning: Establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
Budgeting: Managing the project budget and ensuring work is completed within budget
Scheduling: Drawing up schedules and allocating time and resources
Staff management: Assigning tasks to assistant project managers and managing staff to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
Safety: Overseeing the implementation of safety protocols and promoting a positive and productive work environment
Communication: Communicating with clients, project superintendents, and other trades
Quality: Ensuring work meets and exceeds customer expectations
Problem resolution: Investigating potentially serious situations and implementing corrective measures
Reporting: Preparing reports regarding job status and monthly costing reports
