Field Service Technician

Founded in 1990 as a fire extinguisher sales and service provider, we've grown to become one of the largest fire safety companies in the state of Texas. We now offer divisions for sales, design, installation and inspection and have worked alongside large industrial and commercial customers across all of the major markets in Texas. We also have 6 offices across the state and are rapidly growing our team of dedicated professionals to respond to the scaling needs of our client base. Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems and fire sprinkler systems at various client locations.
Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire safety equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for field services, addressing client concerns effectively and efficiently.
Document service activities, including installation details and maintenance logs, to maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely completion of service requests and installations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Service Technician, specifically in installation and maintenance.
Familiarity with fire alarm systems and fire sprinkler systems is a plus.
Valid fire alarm license is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients.
