Title: Plant Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA area
Salary: $110k-$160k + Bonus, PTO, 401k w/ match and Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance
Requirements: Ideally 10+ total years in manufacturing, including 5+ years of experience with Food/Beverage and 2+ years of leadership. Experience with Beef, or meat products.
Based in the Philadelphia area and founded decades ago, we are one Philadelphia's most established and premier producers and of beef and steak products, including of course the Philly Cheesesteak adopted and cherished nationwide. We have several production facilities throughout the state and have seen unprecedented growth over the past few years.
At this time, we are seeking a plant manager that possess strong leadership skills, a high level of strategy, and a comprehensive understanding/background in the Food Production/Manufacturing setting. This candidate will be responsible for running our facility and highly involved within safety, coordination, and schedule/planning.
