Growth Marketing Lead

This is a 6 month contract role. Depending on performance and success in driving growth, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Position Overview -
We're on the hunt for an innovative and strategic Director of Growth Marketing to build and execute a roadmap for unlocking new, high-impact marketing channels. This is a newly created role, giving you a unique opportunity to step in as a thought leader and directly shape the future of our growth strategy.

As part of a data-driven, highly collaborative team, you will be responsible for defining, testing, and optimizing new marketing channels to fuel business expansion. Your work will directly influence key business outcomes - from customer acquisition and engagement to long-term revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Oversee and optimize paid social, video, and display campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Conduct data analysis and reporting to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing channels and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to foster a culture of innovation and performance excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles.
Proven track record in managing successful digital advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
