We are looking for an experienced ERP Administrator to support our existing ERP system and help us develop new strategies. This position requires strong technical skills in Crystal Reports, Ssrs, T-SQL, VBA, Macola ES/EM10, .NET, MS Office, Project Management, Data Entry, Interpersonal Skills, Troubleshooting, Business Processes, and English Language. The ERP Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our ERP system, managing data entry, and providing technical support to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for improving the efficiency and accuracy of our ERP system
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues
Maintain data entry and ensure accuracy of records
Provide technical support to users as needed
Develop and maintain user manuals and system documentation
Research and recommend new technologies to improve system performance
Work with other departments to ensure effective implementation of new initiatives
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Crystal Reports, Ssrs, T-SQL, VBA, Macola ES/EM10, .NET, MS Office, Project Management, Data Entry, Interpersonal Skills, Troubleshooting, and Business Processes
Excellent English Language skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in Macola ERP systems a plus
