Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, with a focus on litigation. This position involves representing clients in various employment-related disputes and providing expert legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in labor and employment litigation cases in state and federal courts.
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and provide strategic advice.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes effectively.
Advise clients on compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Ohio bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and employment law with a focus on litigation.
Strong understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
Defensive litigation experience is preferred.
