Superintendent for 6-Story Storage Complex
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent who will be responsible for managing the construction of a 6-story, tilt wall storage complex in North Miami. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who has strong technical abilities and demonstrates a commitment to excellence. Need someone who can see a drawing, clear a property, build property, and turn keys to owner. Full scope of work.
Position Overview: The Tilt-wall Superintendent will plan, coordinate, supervise, and direct the activities of the tilt-wall construction process. They will ensure the project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standards.
