Job Title: Litigation Associate
Practice: Construction Defect Litigation
Experience: 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably with the majority and most recent being in Construction Defect Litigation
**We are open to more experienced candidates as well i.e. Counsel or Partner**
Work Location: This position can be mostly remote if you are based around the Bay Area.
We have an office in Concord, CA and may require you to come onsite up to 1-2x a month along with a few yearly trainings and company events.
Salary: 150k-$210k/yr for associates. Higher levels such as a Partner would have a higher salary.
Billables: 1900 required.
Position Overview: Our company seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to provide legal counsel and expertise in all areas of Construction Defect, Litigation, Defense, and Premises Liability matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing legal strategies, negotiating settlements, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, and representing clients in court hearings and proceedings.
