About the Role:
As a Litigation Attorney at our firm, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in legal disputes related to eminent domain, real estate, trust & estate matters. You will be responsible for advocating on behalf of our clients in various legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court trials. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Case Management, Legal Research and Analysis, Drafting Legal Documents, Client Communication, Court Representation, Negotiation and Settlement.
