Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate litigation and will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload related to property disputes. The candidate will represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in civil litigation matters, primarily focusing on real estate disputes.
Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Conduct depositions and manage the discovery process.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and disputes.
Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes when appropriate.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and real estate trends to provide informed counsel.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on real estate.
Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
