Litigation Paralegal

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to assist our legal team in managing various litigation cases. The ideal candidate will support attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with court procedures, ultimately facilitating the successful resolution of our clients' cases.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
Draft, review, and organize legal documents and pleadings.
Manage case files and ensure all documentation is filed in a timely manner.
Communicate with clients and witnesses to gather information and provide updates.
Assist in discovery processes, including document review and production.
Maintain an organized calendar for court dates and deadlines.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience.
Paralegal certification from an accredited program.
Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research databases and software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
