Maintenance Manager (Ontario, CA)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the optimal performance of our production equipment.

Position Overview: The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance for our state-of-the-art machinery. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of production efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team, ensuring effective training and development.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment usage and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
