Position Overview:
The Master Scheduler/Planner is responsible for creating and implementing production plans to efficiently and effectively meet manufacturing goals. This role requires strong skills in planning in a manufacturing environment to ensure the smooth and timely execution of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain production plans based on customer demand and company goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production priorities and resolve any issues that arise
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing demands
• Develop and maintain scheduling processes to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of production tasks
• Analyze data and make recommendations for improvement in production processes
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in planning and scheduling production in a manufacturing setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficient in using production planning and scheduling software (ERP/MRP)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
