What you will Be Doing
Serve as the primary point of contact with client accounts while overseeing all projects completed for said client
Oversee contract negotiation and execution process
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in healthcare and commercial construction
Provide overall accountability for successful delivery of multiple projects
Provide oversight, leadership, and be accountable for the development and maintenance of the master project schedule
Work with Project Management staff to ensure clients expectations are regularly being met, and monitor owner satisfaction
Partner with Business Development team to secure additional work in the Northeast FL area
Responsible for future business growth within current client base
Attend pre-bid conferences, and act as primary point of contact to outside contacts
What You Need for this Position
BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other relevant discipline
10+ years project management experience
Experience with healthcare construction required. FL market preferred
Proven leadership skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
