Pile Driving Foreman

Position Overview
The Pile Driving Foreman is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of pile driving operations on construction sites. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate pile driving operations and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Manage the scheduling and deployment of crew members and equipment for pile driving tasks.
Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.
Monitor and report on project progress and address any issues that arise during operations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Foreman in construction, specifically in pile driving and bridge construction.
Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
Valid driver's license and relevant certifications in construction safety.
