Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to oversee and coordinate various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and experience in the insulation, scaffolding, and related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimator who can read through bid documents (plans, specs, exhibits, schedule, etc.) and put together an estimate on the project using our estimating software (MIKE). Related to Mechanical Insulation Sector Specifically

• Majority of field is commercial, but occasional industrial projects (hospitals, hotels, mixed-use developments, data centers, manufacturing, process, cold storage, etc.) No Residential

• Remote work is available as needed, but primarily inside the Decatur, AL office. Example would be kids sick at home or have an appointment mid-morning so starting remote then returning later.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Estimator in the Insulation industry.
• Strong knowledge of Estimating methodologies and tools.
• Experience in Mechanical insulation, scaffolding, and firestopping is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
