Qualifications
-3+ years of demonstrated experience with prefabricated steel building, pre-engineered metal buildings, or prefab steel structure industry (mandatory)
-Experience in project management, estimating and software tools, and cost management
-Strong estimating abilities to oversee and manage our construction projects from conception to completion
-Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
-Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project and team success
Responsibilities
-Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish - on time and in budget
-Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment;
-Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to prevent delays or cost overruns
-Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, including clients, stakeholders architects, engineers, and subcontractors to reach project milestones
-Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
