- Project planning & overall organization
- Conduct & coordinate project meetings
- Construct project schedule & project milestones
- Manage staff & operate construction site
- Ensure delivery of project supplies & project stays on time
- Manage closeout process
- Manage project budget
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Bachelors degree in Construction is preferred
- Experience & background building Commercial/Healthcare type projects
- Strong, competitive comp ranging from $110k - $150k + Bonus Pay
