We are a Richmond based commercial General Contractor that has been around for 20+ years.
We do a number of verticals in both ground up and tenant improvement including Class A Office space, K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare and much more.
We have grown by 25% over the last 2 years alone and are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial construction projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis
- Utilize project management software such as RedTeam, and Microsoft Project
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage change orders and resolve project issues promptly
