Title: Senior Construction Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000/year Base Salary
Founded in 2001, we are a design-build, general contractor and construction management firm. We are a national/international company providing preconstruction, technical services, general contracting, and project development to a broad spectrum of markets incliuding Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Offices, Healthcare, Distribution, and Cold Storage.
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead, manage, and provide oversight yo our complex Advanced Technology and Mission Critical Projects by meeting our client's needs, delivering quality facilities on schedule, and at the most competitive prices.
1) Assist Project Team in the development of the construction schedule
2) Manage project schedule and drive construction site progress to achieve completion of the Project on-time and on-budget
3) Coordinates and oversees subcontractors working on various phases of the Projects
4) Work with Project Team to develop and issue Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
5) Overall financial responsibility against established budget, including Change Orders
6) Perform QAQC on MEP scopes to ensure compliance with client expectations and Contract Documents
7) Understanding of low voltage systems such as BMS, EPMS, SCADA, Fire Alarm, Security and Telecom
8) Manage project closeout phase including all requirements needed to close a Project
9) Consistently demonstrate professional credibility, integrity, trust and commitment
1) Bachelor's degree in construction, construction mangement, or related field; or related construction experience
2) 5+ years of Project Management: Preferred w/ Mission Critical
3) MEP Systems
4) Organizational Skills/Multitask/Conflict Resolution Skills/Presentation Skills/Technical
