Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while effectively managing a team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate and supervise construction activities and teams
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Experience in managing multi-family and commercial projects
Proficiency in project management software and Autodesk tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
