- Oversee and manage the scheduling for commercial construction projects ranging from $10M to +$100M
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors on project timeline & schedule
- Monitor project progress, update schedules regularly, and generate reports
- Coordinate with material and equipment procurement planning to ensure timely material deliveries
- Lead schedule review meetings
- Train and mentor project teams on scheduling best practices
- 5+ years of Commercial Construction Experience
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, and critical path method
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related experience
- Strong, Competitive base salary ranging from $80k - $110k
