We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Psychological Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to grow your clinical skills in a successful private practice environment, working alongside a seasoned psychologist.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:

Holds a graduate degree from an accredited program.
Is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based treatment.
Is familiar with mindfulness-based strategies.
Demonstrates proficiency in DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment planning.
Has experience working with adults, adolescents, and children.
Is skilled in providing individual and group therapy.
Has an interest in prenatal and postpartum mental health.

Key Responsibilities

Provide therapy services to adults, adolescents, and children.
Utilize evidence-based treatment strategies to support client goals.
Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment plans.
Conduct mental health assessments, diagnoses, and crisis interventions.
Assist in the development and facilitation of group therapy sessions.
Participate in weekly supervision with a licensed psychologist, consulting on client progress and treatment strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $50 - $70 per hour.
