-Mostly transactional work, handling disputes, will have some litigation work to do as well
-Will be working along side the Sr. Partner to eventually take over the real estate practice.
-Working in a variety of areas including: Acquisitions and Dispositions, Land Development and Entitlement Processing, Tax Free Exchanges, Real Estate Finance and Lending, Leasing, Construction and Design, Real Property Title Matters, Escrow and Title, Joint Ventures and Strategic Alliances, Affordable Housing, Property Management, Zoning, Land Use and Natural Resources, Environmental, Distressed Debt, Loan Workouts and Foreclosures, Syndications and Equity Investments, Litigation
- 5+ Years of Real Estate Experience
- Juris Doctorate
- CA Bar License
- Strong Compensation ($150K - $190K) + Bonus DOE
- Paralegal / Case Manager Support
