Title: Business Development Manager (Title can be flexible)
Location: Remote But Needs to be Driving Distance to the Bay Area
Compensation: $160,000-170,000 Base + Commission

Position Overview:
We are a small but rapidly growing telecommunications company headquartered in California. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to hire a Business Development and Sales Leader to join our remote-first team. We are looking for someone who has a network of relationships in the data centers and telecom industry.
Reporting to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, this position will play a critical role in prospecting new business relationships, advising, clients, and negotiating contract terms to successful completion. An ideal candidate will have a track record of success on large, complex opportunities involving ultra-high network capacity, dark fiber, conduit and fiber construction sales.
This is a full time, permanent position with a ton of opportunity for growth.
