Position Overview:
The Senior Account Manager is a critical, forward-facing role. This person will be the primary point of contact between our customers daily. In this role you should focus on relationship management as a tool to ensure our customers consider us trusted partners that they cannot function without. In addition, you should engage with our customers to help drive new project opportunities and promote the long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently key in and confirm sales orders, shipping information/dates, pricing.
Resolution of any customer issues as they arise.
Provide strategic, responsive, and reliable service to customers.
Work closely with production and warehouse teams giving guidance and prioritization to meet customers' requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in account management or sales or inventory management
Work in warehouse, distribution, or logistics company
Strong understanding of NetSuite or another ERP system
Extremely detail oriented, accustomed to reviewing documents with exacting requirements
Nice to have skills: Excel, order management, sales orders, ERP/MRP, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, distribution, OEM, global supply chain.
