A growing leader in the industrial technology and manufacturing space is seeking a Senior ERP Operations Analyst to support ERP integration and optimization across multiple business units. The company specializes in high-performance engineered products and is undergoing a digital transformation to unify systems and streamline operations.

The Senior ERP Operations Analyst will lead ERP implementation projects, with a specific focus on Epicor Kinetic (or Epicor version 10.2). This individual will support business process optimization from Quote to Shipment, working closely with cross-functional teams to align ERP functionality with operational needs. The role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a hands-on, proactive approach to problem solving.
Lead and manage ERP implementation and integration efforts across business units
Serve as the Epicor subject matter expert and key liaison between operations, IT, and business leadership
Support and improve workflows within the ERP system, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain operations
Analyze business needs, identify gaps, and propose system-based solutions
Provide training and documentation to ensure user adoption and system utilization
Configure ERP systems, manage data migrations, and oversee integration with other platforms
Support standardization initiatives and promote best practices across teams
Travel up to 50% to support implementation and user engagement on-site
5+ years of ERP implementation and support experience
Strong proficiency in Epicor ERP (preferably Epicor Kinetic or version 10.2)
Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, especially Quote to Shipment workflows
Experience leading cross-functional ERP projects
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)
Project management experience or certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum)
Experience with multi-site or global ERP rollouts
Familiarity with industrial manufacturing, wire & cable, or related sectors
Experience in user adoption and change management initiatives
