Senior Job Captain - Architecture | Landlord

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Job Captain to lead architectural projects for our landlord and architecture clients. This role will involve overseeing design processes, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of commercial architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants throughout the design and construction phases.
Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for the preparation of architectural drawings and models.
Review and approve design documents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff and interns within the architecture team.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Facilitate client meetings and presentations to communicate design intent and project progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
Strong knowledge of commercial architecture and landlord requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
