Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager
Job Location: Sterling, VA (D.C area)
Salary: $125K-$150K (DOE)
Requirements: 7+ years of Senior Project Manager experience

We are a comprehensive electrical contracting firm that offers services from pre-construction to project completion and beyond. Our team has been around for over 50 years and are a Top 10 electrical contractor in the nation!

Our projects include both new construction and renovations for numerous government organizations as well as biotech, healthcare, commercial, transportation, and technology industries. Value engineering, CAD engineering, and design-build/design-assist are a few of the services we offer.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and manage project bids, take-offs, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.

What You Need for this Position
- 7+ years of Senior Project Manager experience
- Experience with biotech, healthcare, commercial, transportation, technology, and government projects
- Experience with project bids, take-offs, and change order processes
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems as they relate to construction
