Job Title: Solutions Engineer-Workday Implementation
Job Location: 3x per week onsite in Financial District, NY (onsite T, W, Th)
Hourly: $75-100/hr

Contract Length: 9 months
Requirements: 5+ years experience architecting and designing HR solutions (architecting Workday HR solutions required), Bachelor's degree

Our nonprofit education management company is seeking a Workday Analyst to join our team! Our company reshapes what is possible in public education, and we are known for delivering education to students from all backgrounds. Position Overview: Consult on the company's HR architecture, design solutions to optimize the HR systems and how to best implement them. This role is functional in meeting with stakeholders to understand organizational needs and providing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable HR solutions that align with business objectives
Collaborate with business areas to provide innovative ideas and insights to leverage system capabilities for automation and efficiency
Solve business problems by automating and streamlining both functional and technical processes related to HR technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related filed)
3+ years experience designing Workday HR solutions
Experience in high volume hiring or education is a plus
Strong knowledge of HR best practices
Knowledge of integrations across Workday (i.e., Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, PICOFs, Web Services, REST APIs, etc.)
