Senior Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
The Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget, particularly in sectors such as healthcare, retail, entertainment, and aerospace.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards
Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including clients and contractors
Utilize project management software like Procore and Blue Beam to track project milestones
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management
Proven experience in commercial construction projects, particularly in healthcare, retail, and aerospace
Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Procore, and Blue Beam
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
