RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with our new US corporate and securities team
- M&A
  - Supervise due diligence on sell-side and buy-side
  - Prepare disclosure schedules, ancillaries, and closing documents
  - Write initial drafts for deal terms
- Private Equity
- Securities Compliance

QUALIFICATIONS:

J.D. from Top School or Top of Class
Barred in CA
5+ years doing Corporate Law
M&A experience
Nice to have:
- Private Equity
