Job Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote)
Salary: $170,000-$200,000 (Base)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with our new US corporate and securities team
M&A
Supervise due diligence on sell-side and buy-side
Prepare disclosure schedules, ancillaries, and closing documents
Write initial drafts for deal terms
Private Equity
Securities Compliance
