Salesforce Administration:

Current Salesforce Administrator certification.
3-5 years of experience managing a Salesforce-centric organization.
Proficient in Salesforce administrative tasks (creating users, profiles, roles, custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards).
Skilled in building custom applications using non-standard objects.
Experience in data cleanup, extraction, and importing.
Proficient in delivering solutions using Flow, Community Sites, Omni-channel, and Einstein.

Documentation and Tools:

Proficient in MS Office and flowcharting tools for documentation.

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills:

Advanced Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification or other relevant certifications.
Salesforce Products and Features: AppExchange products, Geographical applications (e.g., Salesforce Maps), Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning).
Salesforce Development: Familiarity with Salesforce languages and APIs (VisualForce, Apex, RESTful, SOAP).
Collaboration Tools: Experience with online collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ETC)
