We are looking for a Superintendent with Commercial experience to join our Construction team and lead our projects. We have been an established GC for 75 years and counting. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing building processes and coordinating with subcontractors, while ensuring that construction processes adhere to safety regulations and local codes. You will have the opportunity to take on exciting and challenging projects. You will also have opportunities to work on innovative projects, while receiving ongoing professional development and mentorship from experienced professionals.
As a Superintendent, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites and managing the resources, personnel, and subcontractors. You will also ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, and will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
We are seeking a Superintendent with more than 3 years of experience in the commercial construction field. The successful candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively with team members, and have a good understanding of local building codes and regulations. he superintendent shall enforce the corporate value proposition; maintaining strict safety standards, driving the project schedule, enforcing the highest level of quality, and delivering value in all we do. We do this while maintaining a collaborative relationship with all subcontractors, design teams, and all client stakeholders.
You will receive an competitive salary of between $75,000 and $125,000.
