We are looking for a Superintendent (Heavy Civil) to join our team and lead our construction projects. This role will be responsible for managing crews, budgets, and schedules throughout the entire life cycle of a project. The Superintendent will ensure construction excellence and adherence to safety standards.

You will be responsible for managing crews, budgets, and schedules throughout the entire life cycle of a project. You will need to coordinate the daily activities of subcontractors and ensure project compliance with safety standards. You will also need to prepare weekly status reports and regularly check in with the project team.
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction. You should have experience in Heavy Highway, MBTA/MTA, Rail, Bridges, and OSHA 10/30 certifications. You must have strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
