Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on site
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Manage project schedules and budgets effectively
Communicate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
Maintain accurate records of project activities, materials used, and labor hours
Provide leadership and direction to site personnel

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of sitework and horizontal construction
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with construction management software and tools
A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred
OSHA certification is a plus
