Title: Tax Senior Accountant
Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $110,000
License Requirements: CPA or EA Preferred; Must be eligible to sit
In Office Requirements: Loose Hybrid (1-4 days a week in office)
Office Location: Far East Memphis, TN

We are a full service CPA firm located in Memphis Tennessee. We have just over 30 employees and we are continually growing. We have been in operations since the 70s and have a growing list of clients amongst numerous industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, agriculture, healthcare, non-profits, local & state governments, and more. We are a full service firm offering Tax, Audit, Accounting, Business Consulting, and Wealth Management services. We we have clients of every walk of life with businesses of all sizes.

We have colleagues that will surround you as experts in many different segments of tax and accounting, so if you have an issue that you are not sure about you will have the support around you to find the proper solution. While we are looking for someone in the Memphis area to be more client facing, we do have multiple fully remote employees around the U.S.

What you will be doing:

Prepare Individual and Business Returns
- HNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, some c-corps, Trust & Estate
Partnership Heavy - w/ Multi State
Client Management - Direct Contact with clients for tax planning, consulting, and identifying tax issues
Researching Complex Tax Issues
Some Bookkeeping/General ledger work (<10% of time spent)

What you Need:

2+ Years in Public Accounting
CPA Eligible at least
- Active CPA or EA (major plus)
Experience in Business and Individual Tax
- Privately Held Businesses
- HNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, trust & estate, some c-corps
- Clients generating $1 million - $10 million in revenue
2+ years Preparing Returns
- Review Experience is a major plus
