Title: VP of Human Resources - Corporate Restaurants
Location: Tampa, FL - ON-SITE - (Relocation Assistance Available)
Salary: $150,000-$200,000 - Depending on Experience
Requirements: 8+ years as a Director/VP of Human Resources, Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred, HRIS, Employee Relations, Labor Law experience, Strategic Planning, DEI, Staffing
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the HR function in accordance with the policies and practices of the organization. You'll also have the responsibility of strategically planning Human Resources to attract top talent and establish the company as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR initiatives to improve business and employee functions
Develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs
Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
Strategically oversee hiring and talent management for our organization
Qualifications:
Extensive experience as a Senior Director/VP of Human Resources at the corporate level
Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree or higher preferred
Proven ability to oversee staffing budget, talent management, benefits, compensation and HR functions
SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred, or related HR accomplishments during career
Great communication and leadership skills
